Wan 2.2 Fast is the cheapest and quickest way to animate a still image — pick it when you have a reference photo and want a 5–8 second clip. Seedance 2.0 is ByteDance's cinematic model with native audio, multiple reference inputs, and resolutions up to 1080p — pick it for higher production value.
How long does generation take?
Wan 2.2 Fast usually finishes in under a minute. Seedance 2.0 takes 1–3 minutes depending on resolution and duration. Both run via webhook, so the result is saved to your library automatically.
What inputs are supported?
Wan 2.2 Fast needs a first-frame image and supports an optional last-frame image for smoother transitions. Seedance 2.0 supports first/last frame images, up to 9 reference images, up to 3 reference videos, and up to 3 reference audios — referenceable in the prompt as [Image1], [Video1], [Audio1] etc.
How is audio handled?
Seedance 2.0 generates synchronised audio natively — including dialogue, sound effects and music. Put spoken lines in double quotes in your prompt. Wan 2.2 Fast outputs silent video.
How are credits calculated?
Wan 2.2 Fast is billed per video (5–15 credits depending on resolution and interpolation). Seedance 2.0 is billed per second of output, so a 5s 720p video runs 85 credits, a 5s 1080p video runs 215 credits, etc. The exact credit cost is shown on the Generate button before you submit.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes — videos generated with Pincel include a commercial license. You can use them in ads, content, social media and other professional projects.
