Our backend infrastructure provider Supabase is responsible for database hosting and management.

Image Data Handling

Pincel allows users to upload and generate images using artificial intelligence tools.

Temporary Processing

When users upload images or generate images using the Services, those images may be temporarily processed by our servers in order to produce the requested results.

Free Accounts

For free accounts, uploaded images and generated outputs are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after 60 minutes.

Paid Accounts

For paid accounts, images generated or uploaded by the user may be stored in the user's account in order to provide features such as:

• image history
• project management
• downloading previously generated images

Stored images remain accessible only to the account owner and may be deleted by the user at any time.

Pincel does not use stored images for training artificial intelligence models unless explicitly stated.

User Responsibility for Uploaded Images

Users must ensure they have the right to upload and modify any images submitted to the Services, including images containing identifiable individuals.

Artificial Intelligence Processing

Pincel uses artificial intelligence technologies to process and generate images.

These technologies may analyze uploaded images in order to:

• edit photos
• modify hairstyles
• change clothing
• generate or enhance images
• apply other AI transformations

Facial Images and Biometric Data

Images uploaded by users may contain human faces.

Pincel processes images solely for the purpose of generating or editing visual content requested by the user.

Pincel does not perform biometric identification, facial recognition, or identity verification of individuals appearing in images.

We do not create or store biometric templates or facial recognition data derived from user images.

Images are processed only to deliver the requested AI-generated results.

AI processing is automated and designed solely to deliver the requested functionality.

Pincel does not use uploaded images for training AI models.

AI Transparency Notice

Pincel uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate and modify visual content.

When using AI-powered features within the Services, users may interact with systems that automatically generate or transform images.

Content generated by artificial intelligence may:

• appear realistic or resemble real-world imagery

Google Account Data

YouTube Integration

Pincel allows users to upload rendered videos to YouTube through the YouTube API.

2. Payment Processing

Payments for subscriptions or purchases may be processed through third-party payment providers.

For web payments, we use Stripe, which securely processes payment information. Pincel does not store payment card details on its servers.

For mobile applications distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, payments are processed by the respective platform providers.

Our mobile applications use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, entitlements, and purchase validation. RevenueCat may process limited account and device information necessary to manage subscriptions.

3. Email Retention for Fraud Prevention

If a user deletes their account, we may retain the user's email address in an encrypted format for fraud prevention purposes.

This is done to protect the platform and prevent abuse or repeated fraudulent activity.

The retained email address will not be used for any other purpose.
