Delete your account
This page applies to the Pincel Mobile app. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
How to delete your account
- From the Pincel Mobile app: Open the app, go to Settings → Account and tap on Delete account. Follow the instructions shown on screen to confirm deletion.
- By email: Send a request to support@pincel.app from the email address linked to your account. Ask us to delete your account and all associated data in the Pincel Mobile app.
After we process your request, your account and all data associated with it (including projects and generated content) will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
